6 Weeks Beginners course – Over the 6 weeks we will introduce you to the practice and theory of yoga. Help you gain a greater understanding of how yoga can benefit you and have you feeling confident and comfortable in any class. The 6 weeks includes one 75min small group class a week, access to support from teachers and weekly information about poses and theory learnt.
